Privacy Policy — VFRFix

Published on the App Store as VFRFix: VFR to CFR Video and on Google Play as VFRFix: VFR to CFR Converter · a product of UXAVIA LTD · Last updated: 3 September 2026

In short: the app has one purpose — to measure the frame timing of videos you choose, tell you whether they use a variable frame rate, and convert them to a constant frame rate, entirely on your device. It collects no data, and your videos are never uploaded.

1. Who we are

VFRFix — published on the Apple App Store as VFRFix: VFR to CFR Video and on Google Play as VFRFix: VFR to CFR Converter — is one application with one name per store (together, “the app”). It is published by UXAVIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

2. Your videos never leave your device

3. Data we collect

None. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs and does not collect personal data, device identifiers or usage statistics.

4. Data stored on your device

The app stores two small settings locally: whether the full version has been unlocked, and whether it has already asked you for a store review. It keeps no history of the videos you have checked or converted. These settings stay on your device and are not associated with you.

5. Purchases

The full version is a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. Use Restore Purchase to reinstate the unlock on another device signed in to the same store account.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

7. Your rights

Because the app collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase on your behalf. If you contact us for support, we use the details in your email only to reply, and delete the correspondence once the matter is closed. You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
